Founded by James Steward and his sister Hannah, all of the components and materials in the James Steward fashion range are sourced and manufactured in the UK, with all designs created in-house. Influenced heavily by fashion history and creative pattern cutting, James Steward designs are the result of a long research process. Not only are their designs timeless and unique, but each individual piece also designed to be comfortable and attractive.
If you are not happy with your item/s we will refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt for online only purchases. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment. Any returns received after 7 days / before 28 days will be exchange only.
***Sale items have to be returned within 3 days for a full refund after that there is no refund or exchange available***
Our returns policy in our "bricks and mortar" shops are as advertised in store and are exchange only or credit note within 14 days from the purchase date.
Please note that all items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e. unworn and with all of the labels and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.
Are any purchases final sale?
Toiletries/beauty products, underwear and earrings can’t be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons, there are no exceptions to this.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Track 24 aims to deliver next working day.
How much does shipping cost?
We use Royal Mail Track 24 delivery service This costs £6 and will be added to your order total at check out.
