Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your item/s we will refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt for online only purchases. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment. Any returns received after 7 days / before 28 days will be exchange only.
***Sale items have to be returned within 3 days for a full refund after that there is no refund or exchange available***
Toiletries/beauty products, underwear and earrings can’t be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons, there are no exceptions to this.
Our returns policy in our "bricks and mortar" shops are as advertised in store and are exchange only or credit note within 14 days from the purchase date.
Please note that all items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e. unworn and with all of the labels and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.
