• 14-day exchange (+no returns on sale items).

During the Christmas Period, it will be possible to exchange up until Sunday 7th January 2023.

• No refunds, no returns. 

Online Orders within the UK

• We charge a standard postage fee of £5.50 for shipping. 
• Standard postage takes 2 to 4 business days. 
• We will notify you when the payment has been processed & when the item has been posted.
• 7-day returns policy on full price and sale items.
• Pick-up option also available.
